Samsung Galaxy M53 5G is now available exclusively through Senheng for pre-order in Malaysia. This new Galaxy M model is already approaching the RM2,000 mark, which is usually the price point of the Galaxy A series. The Samsung Galaxy M53 5G comes with 256GB of storage and is officially priced at RM1,999. It’s better than the Galaxy A73 5G. You can choose from three colors: blue, brown, and green.

The Galaxy M53 5G is currently the most expensive Galaxy M smartphone in Malaysia, aside from the Galaxy M62 which comes with a 7000mAh battery. With a better 6nm Snapdragon 778G 5G chip, dust, and water resistance IP67, stereo speakers, and NFC, the Samsung Galaxy A73 5G seems to be a better value. Through e-commerce platforms, several authorized retailers offer the Galaxy A73 5G for less than RM2,000.

Instead of a Snapdragon 7 series processor, the Samsung Galaxy M53 5G is powered by a 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor. Oppo Reno 7 and OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G use the same chip. Malaysia’s device comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, which can be expanded via a microSD card slot.

On Amazon, you can get the Galaxy A53 5G for $349 for a limited time. The device comes with a $100 discount, so it’s an amazing deal that you shouldn’t miss out on.

There are four cameras on the Galaxy M53 5G, which are mounted on a 2-by-2 camera bump. The camera features a 108MP primary camera, an 8MP wide-angle camera, and two 2MP macro and depth cameras. There is a 32MP front camera on the device, which is housed in a small punch hole.

A 5,000mAh battery powers the device, which supports 25W fast charging via USB-C. It has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and supports face unlock. It appears that the 25W super-fast charger is sold separately according to the global specification sheet. With Android 12 and One UI 4.1, the M53 5G runs on Android.
