Huawei P50 series offers powerful imaging hardware. The company has lost its significance among the worldwide manufacturers, that is not even on the list of top five anymore. But the company has not stopped launching phones. Huawei P50 series is the latest from the company.

Huawei P50 officially launched on 29 July 2021. it was launched in two models, vanilla and pro as well as a special edition variant. Huawei P50 is the cheapest of the three. Huawei P50 comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset. And it supports only 4G networks. Huawei P50 has few rear camera lenses, a smaller battery, lacks wireless charging, and with a 90Hz refresh rate. But it does not mean that Huawei P50 is not powerful. Unluckily the Huawei P50 series still has the same issue as Huawei phones have that launched in May 2019. Because Huawei ban prohibits the company that does not launch any device from the US-based firms which include Google. It simply means that the Huawei P50 series does have not Google apps including the Google play store itself.

Display: Huawei P50 has a 6.5-inch OLED display with 2700 x 1224 resolution. Huawei P50 offers a refresh rate 90Hz. The weight of the Huawei P50 is 181g. Huawei P50 is Ip68 rated which protects the device from dust and water.

Performance: Huawei P50 develop with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888. Huawei P50 runs its own OS Harmony 2.0 instead of any other OS. Harmony Os is a new OS based on Android 10.

Storage: Huawei P50 comes with 8GB of RAM and a 128GB/256GB internal storage option. There is no option of expanding storage via microSD.

Camera: Huawei P50 is equipped with a 50MP main camera with f/1.8, 13MP ultra-wide with f/2.2, and 12MP telephoto with f/3.4 respectively. The performance is of the cameras satisfactory. On the front, there is a 13MP selfie camera with an f/2.4 for selfies.

Battery: Huawei P50 offers 4100 mAH battery life and also comes with a 66W fast charger.

Competitors: There are a few great competitors for Huawei P50 the OnePlus 9, ASUS ROG Phone 5, Vivo X60 Pro, and OnePlus 8T.

Huawei P50 does not offer quite interesting hardware but on the other hand, the design of the smartphone is unique. If you are a fan of Huawei and want this device at any cost then it has great features if you can live without Google service.
