Realme introduced a new model C25 in April in the Philippines and it’s a budget-friendly smartphone that proved to be a better option for budget-conscious buyers. Now Realme launched another model Realme C25s in the Philippines and this phone also has the same features as the C25.
As with the C25, C25s also comes with a triple rear camera, 4GB RAM, 6000 mAh battery, and a 6.5-inch HD+ display. And the main difference is Processor, C25 powered by Helio G70, and C25s powered by MediaTek Helio G85. It seems that minor changes with processor C25s prove to be worth getting over the C25. As we look at a glance at its internal components, both smartphone C25 and C25s have the same features. And another thing is that both smartphones have the same design. Both smartphone C25 and C25s have a back of polycarbonate with a two-tone finish and has a large Realme logo at the bottom left corner. But the logo is not as big as the “DARE TO LEAP” logo in the realm 8 Pro.
The Realme C25s look quite nice while a polycarbonate back is not so good looking as compared to glossy-backed phones. The benefit of the polycarbonate back is that it makes feel grippy to use means to say that it does not slip out of your hand while in use. As we discuss its front, C25s has a 6.5-inch display with a waterdrop notch. C25s have slim sides and top bezels. With all these features this phone looks like the latest smartphone from the front and this thing satisfies the customers most.
Realme C25s has a 6.5-inch IPS LCD and also has HD+ resolution. 720p resolution is not so good display but it shows videos quite nice. C25s have a bright display and also have decent color output. C25s have a large display and satisfy their users who still want a device with a bigger display. C25s have a mono, bottom-firing speaker. Within this range, C25s single speaker is decent for light video watching. But if you want to watch lengthy sessions and music listening, then it is best to turn off speakers and use headphones because the speaker can sound a bit tinny and harsh at near max volume.
C25s are powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 processor which has the best performance compared to C25. When it is used it seems that the C25s and C25 performance are the same. The C25s perform well for less hardware-intensive games. The Realme C25s can run the game at the high graphics setting and 60 FPS like League of Legends: Wild Rift. And it seems that C25s is a good phone for MOBAs and other popular games. But for more hardware extensive games, the C25s is also capable, but then you must turn down the graphics setting.
As its cameras are concerned, C25s are equipped with 48MP with f/1.8 wide, 2MP f/2.4 macro, and 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor. And it also has an 8MP selfie camera. C25s are similar to the C25 but C25s has not had a dedicated ultra-wide shooter, but its camera setup is not bad because it is a budget smartphone. C25s’s main camera takes a good picture in the daytime and outdoors, indoor shotes is also very good. C25s main shooter can take decent low-light photos. If we discuss a 2MP macro camera this performs like those cameras which are found in a low-budget phone.
You need a lot of light to get good-quality images with that camera. So C25s’s performance is good for gaming and it’s also interesting that C25s are running well for everyday use. C25s perform fast and snappily. C25s have only 4GB of RAM. As for its OS is concerned it runs on realme UI 2.0 that’s based on Android 11. This OS has different nifty features for the most part. The only demerit in the OS is that there is a lot of pre-installed apps. As we talk about its battery timing we are thankful to Realme for the massive 6,000 mAh battery. C25s can last for up to two days on a single charge. C25s has 18W fast charge support for faster charging.
C25s have the same SRP as the realme C25 has for the 64GB storage. And due to this C25s prove the good entry-level smartphone from Realme. C25s have also dealt with a slightly more powerful processor which means that they will perform faster for a longer period. Finally, C25s is a smartphone and budget-friendly device for work, and home needs.
